Kutir Properties is a start-up property development company in the UK. Kutir means cottage or home in Sanskrit and this was close to the client’s heart. After playing around with many ideas and variations, the final nod towards the Sanskrit was achieved in the wordmark with a subtle line joining the U, T & R. The logomark features the combination of K for Kutir and a hidden house. Royal green and a touch of gold bring a luxury feel to this little gem.
